These Terms & Conditions apply to all Sing Social memberships, sessions, events and services. By joining Sing Social, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who we are
Sing Social is operated by MeetUpp Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. What Sing Social is (and isn’t)
Sing Social is a social singing club designed purely for enjoyment, connection and feel-good group singing. Sessions are not professional vocal coaching, music tuition or therapy.
3. Eligibility
Sing Social is designed primarily for adults aged 18+, however we’re happy to welcome enthusiastic younger singers too. Children aged 12+ can purchase a membership, but must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian, who must stay for the full session.
4. Membership & payments
Memberships are paid via monthly rolling subscription, spread across 12 months and paid in advance. Membership entitles you to attend 42 Sing Social sessions per year. Prices may change for future billing periods. You will always be notified of any changes in pricing in advance.
5. Cancellation & First Session Refund Guarantee
Any Sing Social membership may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, with no right to a refund. Members who cancel their subscription may not rejoin for 90 days.
First Session Refund Guarantee:
If you attend your first Sing Social session and decide it’s not for you, we’ll give you a full refund of your first monthly membership payment, provided that:
- You have attended at least 1 session, but no more (the guarantee no longer applies if you attend more than one session)
- You tell us in writing within 7 days of attending your first session
- Your refund request is made within 14 days of starting your membership subscription
If you attend more than one session, request a refund outside of these timeframes, or continue your membership beyond this point, the normal cancellation terms will apply.
The first session refund guarantee is not compatible with any other offer and is provided entirely at our discretion.
6. Missed sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable. However, members may attend any other Sing Social session at any location within the same week, subject to capacity.
7. Locations
Membership allows attendance at any Sing Social location. You may only attend 1 session per week across all locations.
8. Pausing memberships
Pausing memberships may be available upon request at our discretion. Please contact customer support for further information.
9. Sessions, venues & hosts
We reserve the right to change session times, venues, hosts, or close clubs in accordance with the needs of the business.
10. Behaviour & Communities
Members must behave respectfully and courteously at all times in line with our values. By choosing to become a Sing Social member, you agree to be bound by our Member's Code of Conduct attached below:

11. Health & safety
Participation in Sing Social sessions is done so entirely at your own risk.
By attending, you acknowledge that group singing and attendance at sessions may involve:
- Vocal strain or fatigue
- Temporary discomfort to hearing
- Standing, light movement, or being in a group environment
- You are responsible for:
Knowing your own physical and vocal limits
- Taking breaks when needed
- Seeking appropriate medical or professional advice if you have any health concerns
Sing Social is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation.
12. Photography & video
From time to time, Sing Social may take photographs, record video footage, or capture audio recordings during sessions and events for promotional, marketing, training, or social media purposes.
By becoming a Sing Social member and attending sessions, you consent to your image, voice and likeness being used in such materials without further compensation or approval.
13. Recording & copyright
All session materials, content, arrangements, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Sing Social. Members must not record, livestream, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any part of a session without prior written permission from Sing Social.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, Sing Social's total liability arising from your membership or attendance at sessions shall not exceed the membership fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Insurance
Sing Social maintains appropriate public liability insurance for its activities. Details of our insurance cover are available upon request.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
